We are a Berlin-based scale-up on a mission to accelerate the deployment of renewable energy projects. To achieve this, we have built a web platform that provides project developers with the data, tools, and integrations they need to develop more solar, wind, and storage projects, faster. We are looking for a Country Manager for Italy to lead our platform's expansion into the Italian market.

What You'll Do
You will be part of the commercial team while working closely with our founders, as well as our data and software teams, on all aspects relevant to expanding our product into Italy. You will take ownership of this market by identifying the product requirements needed to succeed, prioritizing them, and communicating them effectively to the relevant teams, all while identifying potential new customers and onboarding them to our web-GIS.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding product needs by engaging with customers and monitoring regulatory changes
- Translating product requirements into actionable tasks for the data and software teams
- Identifying relevant data for developing solar, battery, wind, and data center projects in Italy
- Identifying potential new customers and driving the sales process
- Conducting introductory, onboarding, update, and feedback calls with our customers
- Proactively suggesting and discussing our product strategy to ensure success in the market
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, such as project developer, product manager, or customer success
- Specialist knowledge of the renewable energy industry in Italy, specifically:
- The project development process
- Regulations affecting the viability of energy projects
- Data sources used to assess the viability of energy projects
- A passion for renewable energy project development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
- A proactive personality with a pragmatic mindset and a keen eye for detail
- Hands-on experience with geodata (e.g., visualization in QGIS) is a plus

We are a fast-growing startup based in Berlin. Our mission is to accelerate the expansion of renewable energy. To achieve this, we are building a web-based GIS that gives developers of solar, wind, and storage parks access to all planning-relevant data and allows them to automate many development steps. We are looking for a Junior Data Scientist (Python) – Spatial Planning to join our team and help us build this exciting product!
Junior Data Scientist – Spatial Planning
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for processing spatial planning data (e.g., state development plans, regional plans, land-use plans, and zoning plans). From automated update detection and strategies for vectorizing planning maps to processing them in code—as part of the data team, you will be involved in the entire process. Are you solution-oriented, interested in renewable energy, and have an eye for detail? Then you are a perfect fit for this role!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the monitoring of spatial and urban development plans (LEPs, RROPs, FNPs, BPs) and automating this monitoring process
- Researching innovative ways to vectorize raster-based (image-based) maps
- Diligent processing of geospatial data using Python
- Reviewing code from your colleagues on the data team
What You'll Bring
- Advanced or completed degree in spatial planning or geoinformatics – we also welcome applications from working students
- Knowledge of the spatial planning process
- Strong skills in geospatial data processing with Python, e.g., geopandas
- Experience with git or another version control system
- Experience with GIS software such as QGIS or ArcGIS
- Interest in and understanding of the energy industry
- Fluent in German and English
- Meticulous work style and a passion for clean code
- Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a team
