We are a scale-up based in Berlin on a mission to accelerate the deployment of renewable energy projects. In order to do that, we’ve built a web platform that supports project developers with data, functions and integrations to develop more solar, wind or storage projects, faster. We’re looking for a Country Manager Italy to lead the expansion of our platform to Italy.

What You'll Do
You will be part of the commercial team, but also closely interact with the founders as well as the data and software teams on all dimensions relevant for the expansion of our product to Italy. You will take ownership of this market by identifying the product needs to win this market, prioritising them and communicating them in an actionable way to the other teams, while also identifying potential new customers and convincing them to use our web-GIS.
Some of the things you will be working on:
- Understanding product needs by speaking to customers and monitoring changes in regulation
- Translating product needs into actionable tasks for the data and software teams
- Identifying relevant data for developing solar, battery, wind and data center projects in Italy
- Identifying potential new customers and driving the sales process
- Conducting intro, onboarding, update or feedback calls with our customers
- Proactively suggesting and discussing the direction our product will take to win the market
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years experience in a similar role, e.g. project developer, product manager, customer success
- Specialist knowledge of the renewable energy industry in Italy, i.e.
- Project development process
- Regulation affecting the viability of energy projects
- Sources providing the data to assess the viability of energy projects
- Passion for renewable energy project development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
- Proactive personality with a pragmatic mindset as well as an eye for detail
- Hand-on experience with geodata (e.g. visualizing in QGIS) is a plus

Wir sind ein schnell wachsendes Startup aus Berlin. Unser Ziel ist es, den Ausbau der Erneuerbaren zu beschleunigen. Junior Data Scientist – Raumplanung
What You'll Do
Du bist verantwortlich für die Verarbeitung raumplanerischer Daten (z.B. Landesentwicklungsplan, Regionalplan, Flächennutzungsplan, Bebauungsplan). Angefangen bei der automatisierten Erkennung von Updates über eine Strategien zur Vektorisierung der Plankarten bis zur Prozessierung im Code – als Teil des Datenteams wirkst du am gesamten Prozess mit. Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, hast Interesse an erneuerbaren Energien und ein Auge fürs Detail? Dann bist du für diese Rolle bestens geeignet!
Zu deinen Aufgaben wird gehören:
- Unterstützung beim Monitoring raumordnerischer und bauleitplanerischer Planwerke (LEPs, RROPs, FNPs, BPs) und Automatisierung dieses Monitorings
- Erforschung innovativer Wege zur Vektorisierung rasterbasierter (bildbasierter) Karten
- Gewissenhafte Prozessierung der Geodaten in Python
- Review des Codes deiner Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Datenteam
What You'll Bring
- Fortgeschrittenes oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Raumplanung oder Geoinformatik – wir akzeptieren auch Bewerbungen als Werkstudent/in
- Kenntnisse des Raumplanungs-Prozesses
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Geodatenverarbeitung mit Python, z.B. geopandas
- Erfahrung mit git oder einem anderen Versionskontrollsystem
- Erfahrung mit GIS-Software wie QGIS oder ArcGIS
- Interesse an und Verständnis für Energiewirtschaft
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
- Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Freude an sauberem Code
- Kommunikationsstärke und Lust auf Arbeit im Team
