Customer Success Manager/in
Deine Aufgaben
• Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen entlang des Kunden-Lebenszyklus (z.B. Onboarding-, Update-, Feedback-Termine)
• Beantworten von Kundenanfragen zum Produkt
• Analyse von Kundenfeedback und Nutzungsverhalten zur Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen
• Interne Rücksprachen zur Verwaltung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungspotenzialen
• Aufbau skalierbarer Tools zur Verwaltung künftig wachsender Kundenfeedbacks und Kundenpflege
• Aufbau und Pflege einer Produktwissensdatenbank (z.B. FAQ, Tutorials)
Deine Qualifikationen
• 4-5 Jahre Erfahrung in Kundenservice / Vertrieb / Produktmgmt in einem Start-up der SaaS- oder Erneuerbare-Energien-Branche
• Affinität zu digitalen Technologien und Verständnis für die Energiewirtschaft
• Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
• Proaktive Denkweise mit pragmatischem Ansatz sowie Auge für Details
• Erfahrung in CRM-Automationssystemen
• Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch

We are a scale-up based in Berlin on a mission to accelerate the deployment of renewable energy projects. In order to do that, we build a web platform to support project developers with data, functions and integrations to develop more solar, wind or storage projects, faster. We’re looking for a senior data scientist to co-lead our data team. You will work closely with the founders to build and continuously improve the data pipelines for our web-based geospatial information system (web-GIS). You will take ownership of our data catalogue, managing more than 2,000 datasets and ensuring our platform always provides the most up-to-date and relevant information. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of talented data scientists and analysts and maintain close connections with the German renewable energy market. You will excel if you have a strong understanding of renewable energy projects, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a drive to create meaningful impact within our organization and the broader industry.
Senior Data Scientist
Deine Aufgaben
• Understanding data needs by speaking to our commercial team and customers directly, as well as monitoring changes in regulation
• Identifying relevant data sources and deriving specifications for the corresponding ETL pipeline
• Managing and mentoring a team of data scientists and analysts with different experience levels
• Reviewing python scripts to process the data in an ETL pipeline
• Building ETL pipelines yourself for large, complex or scattered data
• Tracking and managing our geospatial data catalogue to ensure our customers make the best ofit
• Collaborating with our data engineering and infrastructure team to ensure a high degree of quality and automation across ETL pipelines
• Proactively suggesting and discussing the direction our product will take to win the market
Deine Qualifikationen
• Experience in data relevant for identifying and evaluating sites for renewable energy projects
• Experience inprocessing complex geospatial data with automated ETL pipelines
• Hands-on experience with data processing in python (Geopandas, Shapely, GeoPy, SciPy)
• Experience in geospatial software (QGIS, ArcGIS) and AWS is a bonus
• Experience in managing teams of up to 5 data scientists and analysts
• Passion for renewable energy project development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• Proactive personality with a pragmatic mindset as well as an eye for detail
